Roy Karch is the reality of the future most pornographers will face…
Please help movie veteran and stroke victim Roy Karch. Roy suffered a 2nd devastating stroke earlier this year that left him virtually paralyzed and bed-ridden. His advanced dementia has crushed his ability to understand what’s happening and it’s nearly impossible for him to converse. He just exists, stuck in bed but well taken care of by round-the-clock home caregivers and myself.
Our goal is to make Roy comfortable, purchase his groceries, prepare his meals which have to be hand-fed as his left arm is paralyzed, pay his bills including utilities and overnight caregiver shifts, and make sure he has a warm place to live. The limited benefits he receives do not nearly cover everything and Roy did not plan well at all so his friend Jan M. and myself have paid for everything for the past year. His 73rd birthday is December 21st and Roy was an early pioneer/director in the business in the late ’70s, 80’s and ’90s.
